Fails. A Blogpost
Each year, at Christmas-time, I typically have a bit more free-time on my hands, and use it to clean up for the new year.
I was musing about success and failure, and made a note to write this post about Fails I've experienced.
My astute readership will notice how far I distance myself from actual "failure", by abstracting some vague Fails. But each fail is a learning experience and deserves a healthy bit of disregard.
So, in 2017, I applied to Instrumentl and didn't move on past an online coding interview. So, in 2016, I applied to Sidewalk labs and didn't move on. I applied to Causes.com and didn't move on. I talked to OpenGov twice and didn't move on. In 2010, I opted-out of a White house innovation fellowship due to personal family reasons. I flat-out just didn't get hired by the Vallejo water district.
