Create an Entry from buying a Themeforest template to viewing it in Production

What changes are necessary to get the basic template working in Rails 4.x?

• Rails assets
  • rename .scss to .css if they use Sass
  • split the theme into a layout and a main display outlet
  • move .js from the application to application.js
  • move .css from the application to application.css
  • config/assets.rb - add fonts, svg, etc
