There are approximately 7,674,000,000 people on earth. That equates to 0.00273651 per person, if distributed equally. That equates to 273651 per person, if measured in Satoshis rather than bitcoins. One "whole" bitcoin has a value of 100,000,000 Satoshis.

There are approximately 330,000,000 people in the United States. That equates to 0.06363636 per person, if distributed equally. That equates to 6363636 per person, if measured in Satoshis rather than bitcoins.

Ultimately, equal distribution is not feasible, nor desirable. The velocity of money; the exchange of value - is more indicative of the health of an economy.
