Atomic Design
Starting from small parts, interfaces are built up little by little. This truth is somewhat obvious, but easily overlooked. In large-ish projects, seldom are interfaces managed in consistent way, but with vocabulary and concepts like Atomic Design, people, and thus teams are learning.
I especially like the distinction made how the fundamental components - basically raw HTML, and Pages, are a given. But team conventions really shine at the Molecule, Organism, and Template levels.
