For: Product teams who want referential integrity across their design artifacts, from user need to working code to analytics.
Read the framework at productcycle.org. Try the Claude Code skill by running /product-cycle in any project.
The Product Cycle is a meta-framework for iterative product design. It describes a repeatable cycle of collaborative, structured artifacts — personas, use cases, concept inventories, data models, wireframes, working software, and analytics — that inform each other throughout the software development lifecycle. Centered on a Product Backlog and facilitated by a Product Manager. Available as an LLM skill for Claude Code and other tools that support custom commands.
