A blog about our role in cybernetic systems — and how we can shape the systems that are shaping us. Exploring the intersection of cybernetics and social systems: feedback loops, emergence, communication, and adaptation. Beer coined "cyberfolk" to describe a populace linked into governance via real-time feedback — an attempt to keep workers, managers, and policymakers in the same loop without centralizing control.
