reason 1: when an item is added to the list, a bottom item is moved on the ajax refresh, from the top, the ajax item doesn't move the form, which i think is a better user experience reason 2: when there are too many comments, it is not possible to view the idea from the bottom of a long list of comments.

      this does make me think that maybe our interaction mechanism could be in a static place.
