My experience with SeeClickFix has been awesome. I saw a stop sign on my Vespa today that was faded and streaked with a large black marker. I went to the site, signed up, and created an issue by:

Bypass the address entry because I didn't know the address of Lucky, and plus, the stop sign was away from all addressed buildings and is near the street. Drag the item on a map Describe the item Submit I received a confirmation email informing me that the stop sign has also been notified (I'm assuming from an email from the City of Vacaville's Website)

I had talked to Ben at Capitol Camp Albany, and other places. I highly recommend their product. I find it easy to use. I'm hopeful that the city embraces the interactive, efficient communication tool.
