Provide 2 primary views:

1. Page Load & View

This view consists of a top pane (10% height) and a main pane (90% height). In the top pane, provide a form where the user can enter a URL. In the main pane, display the webpage. This is the basic pattern of a web browser. Thus, this functionality can probably be abstracted away by making the website a plugin.

1. Isolate & Refine

Enable the user to automatically preview a selection that they can express using a form.
The basic goal is to isolate the pattern of records, if possible.
