I think it would be good to enable citizens to purchase land that is not government owned, that is owned by a nonprofit organization. Buy lands shared donation.

It would b akin to Greenspace environment. We would need to understand how to maintain lands. We would incur one-time Expenses We would also have Development and Ongoing Expenses, such as:

• Insurance
• Property Taxes
• Maintenance (optional)
• Staff (optional, if Volunteers run the organization)

Any company I run would be strongly focused on:
