Notes

Install Ember

  • npm install ember-cli -g
  • ember create frontend - to create a /frontend folder with the Ember App inside
  • inside /frontend, run ember install ember-cli-rails-addon

Add Ember-CLI .gem

  • add ember-cli-rails .gem
  • run rails generate ember:init - this generates /config/initializers/ember.rb
