I pay a lot of attention to the way I work. I tend to have many interests and potential work comes in at all angles. I find it helpful to identify the sources of work as well as the tools I use to track the work.

At times, the tools can get in the way of real work and that must be minimized. However, using digital tools to track work effectively can increase organization, productivitiy and effectiveness.

• the system is a State Machine that models Activities, Transitions, and Schdules that initiate workflow
• plumb the system together by stubbing out functional and developing the screen designs
• stitch together a dynamic, useful interactive experience
• tie together smart objects in a large canvas that allows for different visual representations
• allow grid and active coding faculties
