- Who - identification of the person, or role that takes each action. These "who" can be references to Personas, which are groups of user behaviors.
- What - a description of what happens
- When - what is the trigger? a date time? another event?
- Where - what physical or digital place (URL)?
- How - typically, do not include this, unless a tool is involved. If you find yourself trying to get at "how", consider, if it couldn't become a "what"
