Chair Idea

in my organization, every new hire will come with known and variable costs. Known Costs include: * Office Supplies ($100) * Office Space (rate of space / factor => [space, employees]) * Desk chair ($750) * Computer ($2000)

The way the desk chair situation works: When a new hire arrives, they are assigned a pretty shitty chair. Something that works and is safe. After 6 months, the chair is upgraded, and after 9 months, the chair can be ordered for arrival on the 1 year-anniversary.

The employee is given the chair, and thus, must pay taxes on it, if they elect to take the chair. If they do not, the chair becomes part of the organization's general inventory, but the employee is assigned the chair for the duration of their employment or the assignment of a new chair.
