David Bland spoke to us about Influence Mapping, and Change Management over a Hacker lunch at Neo. My first introduction to influence mapping was Sunlight Foundation and Maplight Foundation's work on donations and voter roles. David spoke about Influence Mapping at a smaller scope; within the context of a project. Each team member may have their own goals, approaches, and concerns related to the project.
