Code Conventions:

• use spaces instead of tabs
• use 2 spaces at a time for indenting
• watch excess lines and whitespace. leave 1 additional line at the end of each file. use 1 line at max to break up code. remove excess whitespace at the end of lines

Scrum - Card Wall Management

• update cards every day
• handle bugs within each sprint on the card wall
• for bugs found that are outside the scope of the scrum tasks, file in the Backlog
• discuss Out Of Scope requests with the Product Owner
