Process Signatures and Standard Data Schemas
Modeled Processes contain the actors, sequences of events, business logic, and artifacts. This data structure has a signature, unique to the combination of objects just mentioned.
Other agencies who share process model can readily plug-into each other's framework, like a policy and process building blocks.
