How to "sign" inputs

Example:

Script to Public Key:

Based on an existing UTXO to address X with in the output script position _2.
Any given transaction has one or more outputs, and these outputs are stored in sequential order, and thus can be referenced by that position.

A new transaction created, payable to another address, say X2, would provide a signature for the public key.

# Metanet

The Metanet is a protocol and conventional way of using the bitcoin blockchain to create derivative data structures (the Metanet).

The Metanet is made of "Nodes" and "Edges"

An OP_RETURN with a Metanet flag and a public address is used as a way to draw an Edge between two existing Nodes.
