I wanted to take this opportunity to demonstrate a workflow pattern called [The Product Cycle]() I've come to use throughout software consulting engagements. Parsing the outline in realtime, let's distill the User Stories out of the product narrative. ### Personas and Use Cases Users include: * Board Creator - a user who creates a Board * Board Member - a user who a Board Creator adds as a Board Member ##### Use Cases * User can sign in * User can create Boards * Board Owner can share a Board with an existing user; making the user a Board Member * User can add one or more Lists to a Board * User can add one or more Cards to a List * While viewing a Board, connected users will be displayed * While viewing a Board, any modification (list creation/renaming, card creation/renaming) will be automatically reflected on every connected user's browser in real-time. ### Content Inventory & Data Model * User [creator, member] * Board * Card * List ### Workflow, Mockups, and Screen Design * Fortunately, Ricardo already developed a lovely stylized Trello.
