One-off Projects Metrics Objections? Checkin. Build Agenda Next Actions: Governance, For Ongoing Tasks An employee has accountabilities. Their daily work is to fulfill those accountabilities as best as possible. Next Actions are being discovered and refined on an ongoing basis. The Organization has a purpose. The purpose is broken down into Goals. Goals can be measured using Metrics. And metrics can be accomplished through Actions / Tasks performed by Roles/People or Groups.
