What: Reconcile fictitious name statements with business licenses. Does it make sense to include Fictitious as an attribute of a Business license since one may not be exclusive of the other? How? Business licenses, sole proprietors not with a personal name. The filed names should be at Solano County. Issues: enforcing this is difficult, costly, and not of much value. It seems like a feasible opportunity to look into streamlining.
