This post describes my daily workflow process. Currently, this is more of an ideal than a full-on reality. I have only partially implemented the strategies here. Perhaps my ToDo list is too great at this time to make this truly effective. So, I'm circling right around to the point: DO WORK! Don't spend so much time managing it. But, if you don't spend enough time managing your life, your life will manage you. * GMail * Google Calendar (that also shows Google Tasks) * A ToDo list (as a Google Doc) * A joint ToDo list with my wife (also as a Google Doc) * GTD Folders: Inbox, ToDo, Awaiting, Calendar, and Supporting Project Folders On a daily basis, I review the ToDo list. I should be chunking out specific tasks in a week to place them on the Calendar. Scheduling the time for a specific task is great, but it is most important to actually do the work when scheduled. Build good habits in time-keeping, work-estimates, and accomplishing. For Gmail, I use some of the lab features: Superstars and Canned Responses: Star, Awaiting, Response Required, Complete
